We're all about kids, and sailing...and kids. This site is dedicated to young sailors participating in advance dinghy sailing and racing in the general Lake Erie area. The I-LYA Juniors Organization promotes:

The Yacht and Sailing Clubs (click The I-LYA Juniors Organization link above) that make up the I-LYA Juniors sail in US SAILING Area E and are from as far south as the Columbus, OH area - as far north as the Detroit area and cover from Erie, PA to the east and Indianapolis to the west. Regattas are held at different yacht clubs (click the Calendar page to the right) throughout the sailing season. The calendar of regattas is available online or from your club’s I-LYA Jr. contact (click The I-LYA Juniors Organization link above).
The Boat classes raced by the I-LYA Juniors are Optimist, CFJ, 420, Laser, Laser Radial and Thistle.
Seminars/training are available locally as well as at schools and clubs across the country.
